During our session we will meet how your body meets the need to digest the year, to store the sweetness and experiences you have found as resources for the Autumn and Winter, to help support your growth and seedbed fro next year. Through witnessing, body orientated meditation, writing prompts and creative imagination practices, you will discover how you are meeting the season. How your Stomach and Spleem meridians are supporting you at this time, what you are harvesting and how you respond to the still midpoint between the Yin of Autumn and Winter, and the Yang of Spring and Summer.

Dreaming with Autumn, Metal
Come and dream with Metal and Autumn. We will explore through the theory and then somatically, creative prompts and embodied imagination how Metal supports us with the meridians of Lung and Large Intestine, as they connect us with the giref we carry and where we find our value. We discover our breath and the vital process of composting and letting go. We will learn how Lung connects us to the as above to help bring in awe and space in the dark heavy moments, and how our large intestine help us to let go and compost, bringing us vital soil health to the depths of us. Be safely guided in composting what wants to rot down to return to its' elements as we release into the darkness whilst keeping the inspiration that connects us with our breath. Metal is our unconcious selves, it is beyond our thought process, and prepares us to go into the depths to meet the dark of winter.
