Elemental Medicine/Wood, Spring Dreaming - 29th March 2026, 16:00-19:00 UTC

Wood, Spring Dreaming March 19th 2026 15.30 UTC

We explore through beautifully presented material, Simple 5 Element theory and somatically through our body, supported by creative prompts and embodied imagination.

Come and Dream with Wood and Spring

As we move into Spring, Wood element, we are met by the tidal force of sap moving upwards, creating growth everywhere.

It is exciting - we are emerging from the depths to meet weather as yet unknown. Everything is sprouting with the excitement of new growth! The questions wood asks us are 'how do we move with that drive for growth?' 'Are we ready to emerge?' and 'how are the seeds we have overwintered?'

You will learn how the Liver and Gallbladder vessels support our growth, planning and decision making - how we move ourselves out into the world in a way that is supported by our nervous systems.

You will be safely guided...

To discover how the powerful inner-rising sap of ourselves is shaping our dreams, bodies and lives to direct our growth, with a plan firmly in vision.

We will unfurl, like the spring leaves, into how we fufill this growth and meet our dreams and plans from the seeds we planted. We are moving into our bodies, taking ourselves out into the expression of ourselves that comes from the depth of Winter - towards the bloom and full expression of Summer in a way that does not stress our bodies.
